What do I do when I get there? Upon your arrival, you will go through security, show your tickets, get your wrist bands, and enter the festival area. Once you’re through the gates, you will be able to enjoy the beach party and other fun activities from 12 PM - 4 PM both days. Interested in getting there just in time for the concert? If so, gates will open both days at 4 PM and the concerts will begin around 4:30. Be sure to bring a lawn chair as well. All spots in General Admission are first come, first serve.
Can I share my wristband and bring my dog? Dogs are allowed in the camping area, but only working dogs will be allowed in the concert area with proper documentation. Do NOT remove your wristband after the first day! If you do lose your wristband, you will be asked to exit the venue and purchase a new full-priced ticket. Wristbands are non-transferable. So no, you can’t share your wristband. This is all pretty standard with music festivals but we thought we’d include so everyone is aware.
Can you bring your own alcohol? Only the camping area is BYOB. This means no coolers or outside food or drink is allowed inside the concert area. If you carry a tote bag into the concerts, please make sure it is clear, so they can ensure this rule is followed. Beverages can be purchased at a bar inside after you have presented your ID and obtained a wristband. All beverages are provided by Wichita’s own Xclusive Events! They will have full bars and fun theme drinks. Alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages will be available.
