Wichita State Takes On Oklahoma State Saturday In Missouri Valley VS Big 12 Battle

Last Saturday Wichita State Men’s Basketball team SHOCKED the Sooners. The University of Oklahoma was the first Big 12 team WSU faced this year. This Saturday they take on Oklahoma State, another Big 12 team. The Shockers head into the game with a 9-2 record while the OSU Cowboys come in at 7-2. The two teams typically don’t play one another or the same competitors but these two have both faced Tulsa this year. Both teams won over Tulsa with WSU winning 80-53, and OSU beat them by a slimmer margin at 71-67. It should make for another exciting game like last week’s against OU.

Yesterday the City of Wichita temporarily changed the name of Waterman Street to WuShock Way. This fun tribute to this weekend’s game is at the corner of St. Francis & Waterman. Saturday’s game at the Intrust Bank Arena in downtown Wichita is already sold out! If you’re not one of the 15,000 that have tickets to the game there’s still a few ways you can watch the action.
