“Watercolor Dreams” will be displayed in the William J. Reals Gallery of Art-East. Join us for wine and snacks while viewing the art.
Born in Long Island, New York, Celia moved to Florida when she was very young and grew up among the native Florida wildlife. Never afraid to pick up a bug or approach a critter, Celia’s passion envelops all living creatures; her vivid artwork often reflects her love of both animals and vibrant colors.
Largely self-taught, Celia experiments with a variety of media and techniques, from graphite drawings to acrylic and watercolor paintings. After moving to Wichita in 2016, her passion for creating art was reignited. The local art community was a huge inspiration. She has since begun to establish herself among the local artists and is elated to be recognized within the art community. Her paintings and prints can be seen at several shops and businesses around town. Celia currently resides in Bel Aire.
This display will feature new watercolor and acrylic paintings.
The William J. Reals Galleries of Art are free and open to the public. Regular business hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday-Friday.
