Course 1 begins Saturday, November 4th and continues for 4 total Saturdays, skipping Thanksgiving weekend, ending December 2nd. You will learn the fundamentals of baking a cake, rotting, leveling, icing smooth, presentation, piping gel transfers, writing skills, various flowers and leaves, ribbon rose, and the use of about 10 other tips for various borders and decorating.
