He is here to help: Buy fresh fish and cook/bake it at high temperatures for a short time. You’ll also meet a fish expert, from the Seafood Shop. Guests at this workshop will try three types of fish and learn the way each should be prepared. Chef H guarantees there will be no eyes or tail to contend with.
