In Wichita we do not have much opportunity to enjoy the traditional dishes of Bavaria, but that is about to change.
Put on your lederhosen or dirndl and learn to make beef Rouladen with homemade spaetzle. Learn how to really make sauerkraut with a hamhock and juniper berries. If that is not enough, come and enjoy a good apple strudel.
