Chefs Michael Farha and Bill Crites are collaborating with Hooray Grill Co. to roast a whole hog Southeast Asian style, with handmade pickles and sauces.
The action will take place out front on the patio at CSB. The meat should come off the grill around 2pm, but come early to grab a beer and watch the show. Food is on the house, first come first serve.
